My TRUE passion is to Guide, Empower + Inspire others who are ready to explore WONDERFUL levels of Natural Health + Well-being, which we all have the DIVINE right to access, with Truth, Trust, Love + Connection! A journey of re connection to nature which has been a source of much healing, wisdom + guidance to our ancestors but has been forgotten somewhat in our modern society + way of living.
I’m a mum of 2 daughters, previous veterinary nurse, a Naturopathic tutor, doTERRA Guide + team leader, a creator of ceremonial raw cacao +a certified Moon Mother! I’m also an experienced and established recipe developer of plant based treats! It's all a journey of health + I truly feel + experience these Health Tools coming together in unity with a creative passion make for a more flourishing nourishing lifestyle which I love to share the combined Goodness from Mother Nature, along with my guidance! ❤
Within living my Naturopathic lifestyle since qualifying, I enjoy tutoring at the Naturopathic school of nutrition, holding food sensory sessions, + facilitating workshops /sessions /classes /gatherings, both online and in person, connection +sharing is my thing + we have a beautiful wellness community!

Enrolment kits are an amazing, way to get started. They include your wholesale membership for free, (which is usually £24 separately) plus the oils always work out more cost efficient when purchased as part of a kit/set than when buying individually. There are various options available for first time orders that have been specifically put together so you have oils for all aspects of life – honestly, you will use ALL the core oils. I still use these 10 oils the most often in family life. This kit tends to be the most popular starter kit and is the kit I started with which I’m glad I did!

The Consciousness of Plants
It is such a pleasure to be using these wonderful oils, whilst recognising and honouring the plant's full awareness, consciousness, and potential to be tuning in alongside the oils on every level. I adore the oils for each gift they have to offer, whether it be on a physical, emotional, mental or spiritual level. As a Naturopath I practice bringing all aspects into harmony for a ‘whole’-listic’ way of being, as it is apparent that we do as humans have a tendency, a natural occurring or learnt practice to push things aside at times leaving things undealt with. When using the oils they are allowing for feeling, acknowledgment, and healing along with bringing ‘side-benefits’ they really do gift us in so many various ways with each use!
Trust your intuition
When we trust our intuition and go with which oil we feel to use, we will receive so much goodness and healing. If you’re not sure why you keep diffusing a particular oil but are drawn to it, go with it. There are some wonderful books to read up on the Emotional meanings of oils and it is truly fascinating and never seizes to amaze me when I chat to those I’m guiding about oils they’ve been using and the deeper insights, it’s quite wonderful!
I personally have oils which I naturally like to include now as part of my daily lifestyle healthy habits, I have done for a while now, and it feels great! I also then find I may have a phase of using a particular oil, acknowledging, releasing, processing, healing, then moving on from that particular use. An example is; we had a rather stressful time a while ago, moving house, leaving our previous home, renovating our new home before we moved in – there was a gap of 18 months! We were living out of boxes, frustrations arose as you can imagine! Just as we were moving into our new home and finishing off a few things I received the newly released Turmeric oil – A gorgeous oil!
I opened it up, keen to try a new oil as always! And I was TOTALLY drawn to this scent! I NEEDED to place it on my skin, on my wrists and inhale deeply! On looking into this oil more so, and discovering the emotional meanings, included in them was ‘A supportive oil in times of upheaval and significant change’ !! That of which we’d certainly just had! So, after a short while the ‘Need’ for this oil in that way settled, and I still to this day love using it in the kitchen- a drop in with my lemon oil water each morning plus in food dishes and our dog also enjoys a diluted turmeric massage on his back legs to help ease pain/old age bless him! Yes we can use oils for all of our loved ones! Something I’m very passionate about, for my girls and also pets, being a previous Veterinary Nurse myself!
This is just one example of many, and I find myself so grateful that I truly can turn to the oils for a trusted health and well-being tool as and whenever I need them, encouraging full acceptance of mind body and spirit, it’s just wonderful. The purity of doTERRA Oils gives them such a high vibrational feel of quality, with us feeling safe to do so, raising our vibration, this creates healing for us as humans by allowing our cells to repair in a natural way, no compromises, plus there’s much respect in the full circle process of plant to bottle, it’s a very mindful flow of respect for plant and people and it really does show!
